Costs
Representation on misdemeanor offenses starts at $750. Prices vary based on the degree of offense, number of charges, offender status, and location.
Methods of Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Money orders, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and credit cards*
*an additional service fee may apply to credit card transactions
Retainment
A fee quote will be given and a retainer fee is required. This covers the costs of investigating the case, obtaining discovery, communicating and/or meeting with the client (as many times as necessary), attending any hearings, filing motions, negotiating with the prosecutor, and disposing of the case in any manner other than trial. An additional charge will be quoted for any cases that will be tried to a judge or jury.
Once we have been retained, we will immediately notify the applicable court and file a letter of representation. We cannot submit a letter of representation without the retainer being paid.
